        We specifically asked if they were able to provide a certain finish, providing examples for High Spot Over Gloss for a high glossy black logo on black matte card. Was told they were able to produce this look with 'Hi-Build Spot UV' no problem. Unfortunately end product was not to our standard with bumbs throughout 'Hi-Build Spot UV' logo, instead of a smooth gel gloss look we were after, plus orange cube in logo was not centred correctly. Other than that, service prior was prompt and professional.
