was appalled with the dishonesty from this pharmacy. Taking it upon themselves to not fill muiltable scripts one example they had no stock, when stock arrived they never filled it another they took upon themselves not to dispense They addimitted they don't send text reminders. Dishonest

Horrible place! They rip you off. Asian lady very unfriendly. Don't go there! I had scripts for 90 days. They only gave me enough for 60 and won't give me that last lot because i missed a deadline even though I'm entitled for 90 days worth. They give free scripts but make up for it by ripping you off of 30 days of medicine. I'm stressed and in tears. Now I have to frantically get a doctor's appointment before Easter to renew. Im working all week and I have mobility issues and its hard to get around. I have 3 pharmacists children ( they were away so I went here) and have had excellent service from their pharmacies, very kind people. I'd sooner pay than have this kind of service. Kindness goes a long way in these stressful times. Do they really want to push people to go to Chemist Warehouse? I tried to support local first because I know what's happening.

A young Asian female pharmacist had a very cold service attitude, did not smile, and did not want to introduce a word to the customer. She seems to want to let customers know that she is very unhappy today

Looking at the time frame of the reviews, it appears the unsatisfied customers are just recent, compared to 2-3 years ago. I've been with the pharmacy since day one of opening, and if I phone ahead say for repeat meds, this saves time.

Apart from waiving the standard $5 prescription and shorter wait times theres nothing else going for these guys. Everything on the shelf is at least 2x the price of chemist Warehouse literally across the road. Rather take my money to Chemist Warehouse and support the guys who pioneered free prescriptions and low cost retail healthcare since they hit the nail on the head first time.
