I was a member of this gym for about 4 years. About half a year ago it was sold to a new owner Recently my circumstances changed and I ended my membership My experience ending my membership has been terrible Communication with the new management is very poor. I frequently had to follow up to get any reply or acknowledgement including when I submitted my notice to terminate the membership contract The gym continued to charge me after my membership ended, the owner promised me a refund but nothing has happened, I got no reply even after following up multiple times The community was good and the gym was decent It's disappointing to see that let down by management

Jax Fitness is an awesome gym that is truly dedicated to help with your fitness goals. It's a very personalized place to train and they really make you feel welcome to excercise, especially with Jax's supportive personality!

Absolutely love this gym, everyone is so welcoming and such a great environment, the owner is absolutely amazing such a great guy definitely recommend this gym if you are looking for a supportive gym family.
