Great gym! Everyone is super friendly, the new owners are also great and have great communication :) Have chosen to move to a gym closer to home recently and they made cancelling our membership super easy and was done within 2 days.

Very poor communication, I started last year november, called so many times to cancel my membership and was willing to pay the fee of $150 dollars, no answers no response, Im still paying for my membership and no one has gotten back

Exercise equipment are out dated need to be brought up to being more user friendly ,also think that a help or welcoming desk could be an advantage

My daughter has been trying to cancel her membership since April 22 - was extended without her consent due to COVID (not her fault). After April phone call where they said Instead of paying a $100 cancellation fee keep paying your normal membership fee for 8 weeks and then payments will be stopped and membership cancelled . We will also follow up with an email confirming this call. No follow up email, no cancellation after 8 weeks so I email back in August (16 weeks after phone call) where they say We will follow this up ASAP! Its now October, no follow up and shes still paying for a membership she no longer wants! Would not recommend this gymabsolutely TERRIBLE communication!! Not Happy At All!!
