Absolutely disgusted by the service we didnt get today. Normally theres a South African Indian lady who does our little ones hair. He cries at first but settles short after and she does an amazing job. Today we were seen by an older Asian lady who simply just stood there and said oh hes crying too much early in the morning, its too loud for everyone in the room then asked to leave now and calm him down. While talking to the manager on duty, she apologised and yet replied thats not what she wouldve said. Just pure offended and upset that after months of coming, this is how a service goes from amazing to will never recommend nor return. If you cannot handle a child, simply dont receive one and say so.

Friendly staff, good hair cuts, but a bit expensive

Such a WORST experience. I usually take my kids here and there was a South African Indian lady who use to cut my children's hair and it was soooo good. She was amazing. Last week Saturday (18/2/23) I took my daughter to get her fringe trimmed before her birthday. They said my usual lady doesn't work there anymore. I have no choice so another lady trimmed her fringe , she said she is doing something called feather style. It was SOOOO bad. It literally looks like a 'mullet style' haircut. Even I could have done a better job. My poor soon to be 4 year old daughter is very upset. It is so short I can't even clip it back. Very disappointed!!!!
