        Website showing stock, drove all the way there out of area only to be told they had no stock. Shower them on my phone they were shoeing in stock and asked if it maybe out back. All I got was bad attitude about "the website shows a lot of things in stock stock we don't have, you shouldn't be using that to check stock levels". Confused as to why bunnings would have stock holdings listed on the site if they didn't want customers using them. Compete waste of time.

        Seems like such a chore for staff to help with making a return. Staff would rather be anywhere else, of course but you don't need to have customers know that. Store needs to shape up.
