We recently contracted Melissa to do some recruiting for a new start up retail business. Melissa is a dedicated HR consultant who is both highly experienced and approachable. I am a production manager working within the FMCG industry and started working with Melissa at the start of 2021. Each year in winter we have a peak season where we need to recruit and train up an entire night shift. With Melissa's help we were able to organize the best peak season we had yet. Not only did she help with the recruitment but also checked in constantly with the staff and communicated issues to me before they got out of hand. I would highly recommend her as a HR consultant!
