Awww the owner is the nicest guy Aramax mucked me around and he delivered it himself and some fancy bottles to apologise even though it was out of his control the courier Rang and emailed about the situation He definitely went over and above for customer service and looking after me Which is why his store will be the one I buy from Thank you Zowie you made my day so kind of you and I highly recommend you for the best customer service

Something always amiss- in service (there when you dont need them and not there when you do), and in product range (a dozen items I needed and they didnt have them). Almost a good store, but not quite.

I like my fishing but this time I bought a bb gun as I'm retired and getting more vulnerable i wanted a way to protect myself and my partner and the gas powered bb guns are quite powerful the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable
