After cyclone water damage to our outside tank-less gas hot water system, Mike and the team went out of their way to assist us. Fantastic help, next day service and a great replacement installation. So grateful. I had contacted other more local fitters and was bounced from this person or that or had no response at all from some and these guys just stepped up. Thank you so much. Worst communicators. Were unable to contact Me after initial visit. Had to call them three times to get a quote and find out what was the issue. Paid instantly for the invoice and deposit for the work quoted. No word from them for 5 weeks and then came back saying supplier did not have parts and wont be in for next few months. Would not recommend anyone to waste their time with this company.
