        Thank you BG World Wheels! Today's been such a hectic and stressful day for us as we have been running around all day from 9:00am trying to find a lug nut socket key from all over Auckland and no one could supply it to us.         I'd like to give a huge thank you to Brad from BG Marketing! I work for an automotive repair company and we've used BG Marketing a few times before but I've never been in personally until today. I'm fairly new to the automotive industry and had to go in today because we needed some wheel nuts and a spacer. I was a bit nervous going in but Brad welcomed me and was very kind to me and helpful which I really appreciated and am really grateful for. Not very many customer service reps welcome you with a smile that feels genuine and not everyone has the patience for people who are new to the industry and aren't sure what they're looking for. Thank you so much Brad! Your customer service is exceptionally outstanding!
