Not a good experience. Cleanliness is very poor, thick layer of dust over everything. Cafe over priced and crowded with long wait times. The worst part was the bunch of fully grown men (in their 20s) were jumping in foam pit and aggressively playing right next to my tiny 5 year old. It took me 3 complains to management before they did something.

Pricey, not worth it. They also put extra charge at a public holiday, which did not show on their website. Surprise! You have to pay $37 per kid.

Nice Indoor playground for kids, my son enjoyed it. It has all the activities in one area (wall climbing, indoor trampoline, slides, ball pit, cotton candy machine) They got specific play area as well for small kids. Place were clean and someone is making sure that the area is clean. They also have spacious eating area beside the playground where you can see your kids playing. They have separate parent abd common toilet. They also provide hand sanitiser in some area. Heaps of free parking space. They have there own cafe beside the playground, really nice food selection for kids and adult with dietary restriction. A bit pricy but food was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had my boys 5th party here, the team here didnt bring out the ice cream till most of the guests left and double charged one of our friends. I had to refuse a gift card and argue till I was blue in the face for a cash refund. Will not be returning and couldnt care less about the worker saying Id have to pay you from my own pocket. Chipmunks and Jump give much much better service.

Beautiful place, cafe is good. Only problem is the safety and attitude of some of the staff. Ive taken my son (3yrs) here only 2x and both times he has managed to freely walk out of the gated kids area without any of the staff noticing. The gate needs to be fixed for child safety as the front doors are automatic and any kid can freely walk out onto the road. The few times my son has gotten out hes run towards the front doors and not once staff had noticed. Luckily my sister was with me and noticed before it was too late. Because of the faulty child gate many parents would shut the gate assuming its closed, meanwhile its left open for the children to wonder. I was hoping Id be able to catch a good and well needed coffee break while my son could play safely but felt like I had to stand up every few minutes to close the gate to ensure his and other kids safety. My sister approached the staff saying that it isnt safe for the kids to have the gates wide open all the time, also explaining how my son got out over 5x. After she did the front desk lady would shut the gate when she noticed but with an attitude. When she was first approached she said no the kids are fine, we can see them and wont let the kids get outside. I feel like the staff should undergo safety for children or something, just feel unsettled. Or at least fix the gate so when you close it it closes and not just opens again.
