Took work car for 30,000km service, dropped off before 8.30am ready for pick up at 3.30pm. Arrived for pick up and was told the car is getting washed and vacuumed. 4pm I got the car back only to find some parts of the car weren't vacuumed including under the passenger and driver seats. Also, the car still had bird shet around the headlights

These 5 stars are from nearly 2 years ago but Im sure theyre still valid! I had the best experience with Bennie, I took the poor guy out for multiple test drives to make sure I made the best decision for me. He made everything so easy and I am so grateful for his time, patience and kindness. Every service has also been fantastic, and they even called to check everything was okay and I just thought it was very thoughtful. I was able to borrow a courtesy car which was also a fun experience. Thank you team!

Made an appointment to test drive kia. Went to the branch no one acknowledged 3 staff were in no one said anything waited all 3 went out to receive test drive car came back inside still said nothing. Looking at that I came out can't be bothered to stay their longer .Victor who made appointment never call to check even . Hope less service

Once you purchase your car, the acting stops. You now have to service your car and deal with the most poor, rudest customer service in NZ. The man that "works" at the front desk at the service side has no business being in customer service.

I had the best experience with Bennie, I took the poor guy out for multiple test drives to make sure I made the best decision for me. He made everything so easy and I am so grateful for his time, patience and kindness.
