Granite Top Kitchen Direct

This business is awful. I cannot stress enough not to do business with them. They took my money and provided me with benchtops that were meant to be 20mm and are between 14-16mm (and yes it makes a big difference to the overall look and quality of the benchtops). The thickness isnt even the same the whole way along and they have ruined what should have been beautiful benchtops. I have been chasing them for the past several months - initially they replied offering either a $600 credit (we paid $3,500 total) or replacement benchtops. We chose to have replacement benchtops as we would rather have what we asked for in the first place than a small refund and they have ghosted us ever since. Do not use this company under any circumstances! Worst experience ever and still fighting to try and have this resolved. Service: Granite countertop installation

They are good operators, prices reasonable. Have built several kitchens with them in past twenty-some years.
