I cannot thank Frankie Pabla enough for her dedicated and professional help as I sold my house. As this was my first real estate sale Frankie made the entire process transparent and explained everything clearly in layman's terms for me, guiding me through the various twists and turns we encountered along the way. All procedures with councils (both district and regional) were dealt with in an incredibly organised manner and I literally did not have to worry about anything. Very professional attitude by Kim Beange. Extremely thorough in her investigative work and pointing out clauses in contracts that needed to be amended to the benefit of us, her clients. We appreciate the feedback given to us on a daily basis, which enabled us to rest assured that things were being taken care of. We are very new and Kim's guidance kept us relatively calm during this legal process. Would recommend Galbraiths, and Kim in particular, to anyone.
