I went to Rehab Co on recommendation from my doctor after I broke my ankle. I'm so glad I did! Zara has been absolutely fantastic, helping me safely build back strength and flexibility. When I started a few weeks ago I could barely walk on it, now I'm running, hopping, biking and using it as normal. Thanks so much for all your help Zara, you're awesome.

I have been to see Lauren and Donald at The Rehab Co for a few different injuries. They are both knowledgeable, professional and catered each exercise to my level of fitness and capability. They take time to check you are performing each stretch correctly and ensure you are confident with your plan moving forward. I got a very quick appointment with a Specialist after a referral from Lauren and have had no ongoing issues with my knee since. Would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone needing physio support.
