After a small booking mishap, the team absolutely made sure they looked after me and my injury. They reached out and made me feel at ease and having made it to the first session, I can say I was made to feel super comfortable and the team here clearly cares about the people who come in seeking assistance. For the past three months of my treatment at Physio Moves, I've had the most incredible experience and care! The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, the staff are simply wonderful, and the level of treatment I received was just outstanding. I've been going to physio moves for a few months now for a knee injury and then an ankle injury and have had Rachel every time. Loved having her as my physio, she always makes sure I understand everything and explains everything extremely well. Would 100% recommend Physio Moves to anyone

As an elderly woman who has had many years of issues with my neck and spine..I was very hesitant to allow anyone to touch it..but have recently seeked treatment from Rachel D'Souza..and have been truly thrilled with her lovely manner and expertise..which is resulting in a great improvement in my back...thankyou Rachel
