In our experience Titus Transport sets the standard within their Industry for intercity timely deliveries, overall service performance, market competitive pricing. Their deliveries always arrive safely, intact and complete. More especially however their deliveries are always timely and within very much quicker time frame than their Industry competitors. Most impressive is their Teamwork. A recent example to share. Shamrock had requirement for urgent delivery of a pallet consignment. Resultant from their very interconnected and effective Teamwork, Titus uplifted from Penrose, Auckland and delivered to Sydenham, Christchurch within 42 x hours of mid afternoon, mid week day engagement - a spectacular service for which we were very grateful. This displays splendidly what Titus Transport is capable of and why their service sets the industry standard in our experience. They are always friendly and helpful, bookings are easy to make. They are a real pleasure to work with and a trusted, valued business partner to Shamrock.

Found this company when an order came in for me to collect. Called them to pick up a large heavy load from Auckland to deliver to Rotorua. They made the whole process easy, efficient and enjoyable.

I have only been on the receiving end of deliveries from Titus Transport. Even though there is no online tracking, I have received excellent customer support (fast, polite, and concise). Tasi, the Customer Services Manager in Auckland, is always so nice to talk to and extremely attentive when it comes to following up packages. I've never dealt with any company that handles enquiries this efficiently.
