        Big Chill misplaced our order, showed no respect or were even tiny bit sorry when communicating about it. The administrator Sally needs to learn how to do good customer service as she is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend Big Chill to anyone and would advise anyone looking for a reliable service to look elsewhere.

        Missed uncountable deliveries, products gone missing, worst drivers who receive complaints from almost all customers. Drivers dont care less, they even said no drivers anyways, you go ahead and make your complaints, no one cares.

        Not sure how a company like this is still In business really. Takes countless admin hours to chase up packages and customers just think youre incompetent because products never show. As a supplier you should run! Surely there is a better option out there.
