        After suffering from lower back pain, an MRI revealed that I had dehydrated, bulging and protruding discs in my lumber spine. A friend recommended that I do reformer Pilates. After a few months of weekly Pilates classes my lower back pain was almost completely resolved. Cassy was a great Pilates instructor. Very patient.

        Pilates is amazing, and one of the best things you can do for your body, especially if you have back or neck pain. The instructors at this studio are all amazing and they all have a great camaraderie with their clients.
