Sorry to tell that after I had my first session with Rona, my broken ankle swelling even worse and for the past two days I experienced persistent pain. At the session I have told Rona that I just came out of the cast for 3 days and I was expecting that I will receive some exercise as per video that I have seen from YouTube. However, Rona did a really aggressive massage on my broken bones and results me a really swelling ankle, I can't even sleep now. For the last two days I can't really walk. It's so painful. The injury becomes even worse. I don't know if Rona is qualified? I did some research that physio session should stop if you experience any pain for fracture recovery. 1 star for my experience.

Fantastic. Five stars is not enough, if I could give 10 I would. Staff at the front desk are always lovely and friendly- they take the time to learn everyones names which ads a nice personal touch. Warren is fantastic, knowledgeable & really knows what he is doing, I have seen consistent improvement with my injury. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work team
