I worked them for transporting my van to the USA. The were the 2nd cheapest option, so they had good rates, but I went with them because Charne Pairama, their Sales Director, was so wonderful. I have used 3 shipping companies and requested quotes from over 30 companies. She was the most helpful and communicative out of all of them that I have worked with. She went the extra mile to find options for me for shipping. When we were ready to ship, she even drove across town to meet us at the drop-off location so that we didn't have to make another stop prior to loading the van. Truly first-class service. She made the normally annoying process so much easier and seamless. I would use her again if we were going to/from NZ. I wish I could use her for all my vehicle shipping.
