Fed ex sub contract nz post/courier my parcel delivery date changed 3 times within a week. Each time the tracker would say with driver, should be delivered today each time nothing. I changed the parcel to no signature with the call centre because of the delays I couldnt stay home again, three days before it was meant to be delivered. Came home to find a we missed you card. Frustrated I called the call centre who said the driver was told and just didnt listen, another 7 working days later it arrived and I ran out to ask the driver why it was late - answer I went on holiday so my parcel just sat waiting for him to come back from holiday. He said there was no note to say leave it by the door and so he took it with him. Nobody cares!

The overall quality of a service is measured by how it reacts to something that went wrong. NZ Post fails here in all aspects. When opening a ticket with them, you might as well be sending an email to God. They don't respond as though they have bigger problems to tackle.

I always left note on front door to leave my parcel behind rubbish bin infront of our house when Im not home.. my siblings ended up doing same thing lol so thanks to this Indian/Fijian or whatever nash.. lovely work ! If you know your parcel is on its way just keep tracking and wait fr it ,it not couriers fault/sometimes bc your not smart enough lol685baby

My parcel is stuck in east Tamaki. It is an expensive item and a birthday gift and I have been trying to reach them desperately since last week. No response. Complete lack of responsibility.

Absolutely terrible. Still waiting on my parcel to arrive and it's been 33 days (usually takes less than 7 days and I paid extra for Saturday delivery but it didn't come). I've contacted them several times and yet to receive an update. This is getting ridiculous.
