        Only been once but didn't seem like good set up in the corner of the pharmacy, with line going out the door and only one staff member serving at the time. Felt sorry for staff. If customers could access prepaid bags (select size and label it etc) before lining up, it would make things easier especially when parcel drop box is closed as it was this afternoon.

        Arrived at 5.13pm for rego was told they were closed for the day. There were two staff present. If you close at 5pm please update your time as this is very misleading. I would not have wasted my time coming all the way for rego if I knew you don't open until 5.30pm.

        I had bad experienced in this shop .The tall old indian lady wearing always heaps of jewelries is so rude .She doesnt have a good manners . If you dont love your job pls change .
