        Not one staff member asked if I needed help or even bothered to acknowledge me. Not going back. Found everything i needed i a different pet store

        And this place is affiliated with a vet.... so walked in and asked for a cat wormer for our 15yo feline. Woman at counter showed me four different wormers. FOR A KITTEN , DOG AND SMALL CAT!!! then read the instructions herself!!! Whoops NO IDEA. Then asked me have I taken her to vet . I replied yes ,in the last 6 months. All I want is a booster wormer. But that was too hard . Get it together. Walked out disgusted. Train ur staff with some basic life skills.:-(
