    I recently reached out to this company with some question about spare parts for via email on April 19 and received a reply on April 22 that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Its been several days now and despite sending follow up emails (April 25,April 27,May 2) Chat( May 2)I still haven't heard back form anyone.This lack of response is incredibly frustrating and reflects very poorly on the company's customer service

    Selling cheap products. Please buy product only if they give warranty. I purchased office chair from them and it broken. They are saying its a display model and not covered any warranty. At least it should come one year though its a display model.

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the mattress I recently purchased from your company. I have never experienced such poor quality in a mattress before, and I feel compelled to share my experience so that others do not make the same mistake that I did. From the moment I began sleeping on this mattress, I noticed that it was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was lumpy, uneven, and provided little to no support. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night with back pain and sore muscles, and I never felt truly rested after sleeping on it. To make matters worse, the mattress began to sag after just a few weeks of use. I could feel my body sinking into the mattress, and it became even more uncomfortable than before. I tried to contact your customer service department to discuss my concerns, but I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me, the return period is over and that I should just continue using the mattress as is. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this mattress, and I believe that your company should take responsibility for selling such a subpar product. I urge you to take steps to improve the quality of your mattresses and to provide better customer service to those who have had negative experiences. In summary, I would not recommend this mattress or your company to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better mattress.
