My experience with Comfortel was made so stress free and easy thanks to Kristelle who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is easier for the customer. She always greets with a smile and shes non judgmental, a great listener and an expert in her position. Her advice is fantastic and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, as weve not found this type of service from anyone weve dealt with yet. She is an absolute asset to her company. I love my furniture, quality is great, however I've been waiting over a month for my last order which was meant be 2-3 weeks. I sent emails but had no response, I called and was told I'd be emailed that day, but heard nothing. Communication was not great and I'm still waiting for my order.
