Mitsubishi Motors Andrew Simms

On 6 April 2023 my partner and I picked up our new Triton VRX 4X4 from Andrew Simms Botany. We were looked after and kept up to date regularly by their top notch Mitsubishi saleswoman and assistant brand manager, Chante Hattingh. She first advised that our truck would take between 4-6 weeks to wait for the hard lid to be manufactured, delivered from Hamilton and installed on site. Only for it to be ready for collection in 3 1/2 weeks (earlier than expected). When we picked it up, it had been professionally groomed from top to bottom, spotlessly clean, inside and out. It was also covered in a blanket for a fun and nice reveal. Before we drove away, Chante walked us through the truck and explained what each feature does and how to use them correctly. Very happy with her service, very professional, friendly and fast responsive. Other staff there, Josslyne and Paul were also professional and responsive during the whole finance, approval, insurance and paperwork process.
