Jenny Matano from First Step Home Loans is incredible. We recently completed our first refinance and Jenny made the process quick and easy for us. The bank we went with tried to slow settlement down and Jenny kept the pressure on the bank so we were happy and settled when we wanted to settle. Even when Jenny was on leave she left us taken care of by work colleague Richard. Amazing team at First Step Home Loans. Thank you so much!

I have known Richard for many years. First as my business consultant, then as my Family Trust's Trustee and then utilising First Step Homes to obtain a development mortgage. As a result of Richard's dealings in what I can only think as greed and personal financial over commitment he has set me up for a fall. I have lost my home in a mortgagee sale as a result of his unethical actions and conflict of interest as a Trustee and a Financial Advisor. All the positive reviews are lovely to see but they are only recent. What he has done was last year during Covid Lockdown. I know Richard fell out with his original First Step Home Loans business partner as well.

I am not going to say First step Home Loans were awesome no they were Great. Jenny was there when things got tough and slowly and steady we worked through the process, The Bank was happy and I was happy finally my young daughters have place of their own. It wasn't easy but with friendly professional advice from First Step Home Loans and commitment from us we were able to pull through. I truly recommend First Step Home Loans if the Bank fails you look no other than First Step Home Loans they will take care of you. Thanks Jenny and First step Home Loans for your hard work.
