        Thanks very much. Made an online order and immediately realised I had accidentally (on purpose) ordered the wrong part. Got in touch with them and they fix up my order - no fuss. Part arrived 2 days later. Cheers

        Worst customer service around. I called whilst looking at the product online, gave the full name and was met with "I don't know what that is" in a very aggressive and rude tone. Despite me explaining 4 times this was the name on their website of the product they made me give them the trade me product. When I told them to wait they sighed, I found the produced listed on trade me and then all of a sudden my phone is "cheap and they can't hear me" even though I was heard crystal clear before. After 15 minutes of trying to ask a very simple question these tools couldn't answer my question. Horrible experience and never going to them again, really need to learn what the word manners means. Would give zero if possible.
