        Asked (Napier) for a quote to move (3 bed house) this is the slogan: Efficient Moving & Storage, our name says it all. With more than 60 years experience, this family business moves furniture and household contents locally, nationally and internationally. Not even 2 min after asking for a quote, I received :" We are unable to assist." Not a reason as why? (maybe they do not have space on that day?)... I just needed a quote. Guess we will be using another mover then

        Extremely poor service and communication. After everything was arranged was advised by Patrick that they didn't want the job hence the poor service. Would never use again and strongly advise others to do the same
