OPSM Botany Downs

Ive got my new glasses today, minutes later I found that it had uneven temple arms, one sat higher than the other, and crooked nose pad arm. It was fixed by a staff by bending with hands and plier. And now at home I realised, one of the arms is much tighter than the other. Surprised as it was new glasses, I would have thought its been checked properly before giving to the customer. I had trust on this store, I should have given it a thorough check myself, kinda disappointed today, though I had great experience last week with the optometrist and front desk staff.

Just had exam with Alan Liu. Thorough, friendly, efficient. Completely satisfied. Staff not pushy. The delightful lady who measured me for the glasses afterwards was also lovely. Definitely recommend them. Glasses ordered and only 2 week wait for them to be made.

Awesome service today - thanks Sam! If you are in need of anything optical for your eyes this team will have it. Even in the Oakley sunglass range where I am finally moving from the XX model (circa 2000) to Flak 2.0 XL.

Excellent experience with OPSM Botany branch. Wasen is very friendly and look after the Customer very well. I definitely recommend everyone to go there if you have any concern about your eye vision or need glasses. Special thanks to Wasen and Alan for providing me the best service.

My mum was referred to OPSM Botany by GP to get her eye checked up ONE MONTH ago and mum got a pair of glasses from them over two weeks. We were waiting for the eye check report from them for over a month. I went in today early in the morning to follow it up. Since our family doctor has been following up for two weeks with no responses from them. The lady kicked me out by saying they are busy, and will call me back after 40mins. Of cause no phone call to me at all. I ring them back after two hours, Ben told they are going to type a report now. What a slow ..process !!!!! Never recommend OPSM BOTANY TO ANY ONE!
