        I am having a really bad experience with a subsidiary of Spicer, a business owned by them called Total Supply. I have been waiting since July 2021 for an expensive Mimaki circuit board to be tested under warranty. Apparently the board has been lost and no one is taking responsibility. I want my money back and the cost of service tech who replaced said board. This needs to be owned by Spicers as the buck stops with you.

        The brown Coffee News paper must have been supplied by Spicers NZ for about 20 years now! Their team is great to deal with; good communication, thinking in solutions (not problems), timely delivery with overall good service. They may be a large corporate, but they are excellent to deal with on a personal basis.
