        Staff are appalling. On a previous project I left the store and got the supplies elsewhere as the staff were surly and unhelpful. Because of their wide range of supplies I went back for my current project and the staff disappeared when I was looking for advice. When I found someone they genuinely couldn't think of any pipe (let alone the optimum pipe which was what I wanted) for a conduit for hot water!! A plumbing suppier didn't know which pipe to use for hot water!!!!
