Whoever is in charge, please give Steve a raise. My mum and I came in, a little disappointed after finding out another brand we relied on couldnt print our stickers for a wedding, not only did Steve say we could do custom sizes for our stickers, which we couldnt do at the previous brand, he actively and enthusiastically wanted to help us and take the worry off of our shoulders. Probably some of the best customer service Ive ever come across. Thank you again Steve for all your help, you went above and beyond and now my mum and I have a bunch of beautifully decorated labels for my sisters wedding.

Snap Printing is amazing!! - I emailed today asking for a poster sized photo to be printed urgently, and as always the staff delivered amazing results and outstanding customer service. Stacey responded within minutes informing me the photo will be in the next hour. You cannot get this level of service anywhere!! In addition to this, we had the privilege of working alongside Steve to design my late mother's funeral programme. His attention to detail was impeccable. He was patient when we decided to make sudden changes. He was respectful of our cultural differences and worked tirelessly to make sure the product was delivered with quality and within the time frame. His support and customer service are second to none. My whanau were beyond grateful for the time, effort and amazing service Steve put into making these programmes. Snap Printing East Tamaki is AMAZING!! Because of the amazing experiences I've had, I only come here. This is where it's at people! Don't bother queuing in lines waiting days on end at other retailers. Snap Printing makes your experience time worthy, less stressful and straightforward. Thank you again, team!
