Shannon is the most delightful caring person who really knows what she is talking about when it comes to dealing with your biggest asset, she knows her stuff, what has sold what is on the market and where the market is heading. She is honest and tells it like it is, and that's the way I wanted it to be, not prices beyond what the market will bring and later say sorry the market is not there. Good luck Shannon

This is a review for Pauline Marsh, Harcourts Papatoetoe. I have dealt with Pauline a few times over the years. She is thoroughly professional, responding quickly to inquirers and having an excellent level of knowledge of the properties she is presenting. You would think that this would be what a real estate agent should be like, but, sadly, many are not worth the time. Pauline is a true professional.
