        M( transport manager ) dont know how to talk to there staff, She always starts there conversation from I AM THE BOSS OF THIS SITE. Always trying to bully the staff, she thinks staff is slave and talks very loud on them. She must learn how talk to staff before leading a big team.

        This place lacks communication with staff, taking advantage of temp staff and not paying them correctly. When being dealt with and trying to get the pay for the hours worked, DHL is now saying they never worked. How ridiculous. Changing roles without notifying agency or the staff themselves and demanding to do stuff they didnt sign up for. Very unorganised and unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend working here at all.
