Called to enquire about tiles, sales person said he would call me back. 4 weeks no response. Lodged a query on the website, 3 weeks no response.

Tile trends have some really beautiful tiles and carries a wide range of products. The staff (Leo) was very helpful. Leo was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to give us some great advice on what tiles and grout colour to use for my kitchen renovation (splashback) and we are very happy with the result. Leo also helped me to find the right tile to match my existing floor tile (which needed some patching and fixing) and he kindly gave me a couple of samples as the tile was out of stock (and has two months lead-time) so that I can get the project finish on time. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the excellent service extended by Tile Trends. Lakshay was very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. I thought I was just buying tiles, but over the weeks I needed grout, adhesive, metal strips and all kinds of things. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always cheerful. He travelled a long way to come and measure up our kitchen to help choose the correct amount of tiles, and I just wanted to thank him for his all his assistance and advice. Highly recommend!

Found Tile Trends by chance and located the perfect outdoor 20mm tile for our project (after checking numerous other suppliers) Lakshay was awesome to work with and nothing was too difficult. Very happy with all the assistance given by the team. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

We have had a very satisfying experience wit working with Tile Trends of East Tamaki . Kai Nielson was more than helpful with organizing the supply of tiles and especially with referring us to AZ Tiling Ltd. Marek Grygoruk is a brilliant tiler and also most helpful with advice. We would definitely use both parties in the future and thoroughly recommend them both. Mike Grace
