If you are looking for decent after sales service then this is not the place. Read the other reviews thoroughly before making a decision. Azak Cars: How about this as an alternative initial response to me: ************************* Hi there Thanks for reaching out. We were able to source an SD card for you. We'll pop that in the post and it should be with you in a couple of days. Even though it has been some time since you purchased your car from us we hope you consider us for your next new vehicle. Thanks ***************** How easy would that have been? May I remind you of the statements on your own website: We believe in customers not just for the present, but more so for the future. We want our customers for life. We believe in giving you our personal service, along with our team of caring consultants We love helping people. None of your response indicates any of the above at all. You say " after TWO YEARS of purchase" as though that's a big thing and yet your website says "We want our customers for life". Quite contradictory. To organize a courier service for a tiny SD card vs just putting it in an envelope and posting it off is quite different. That way you could very simply have retained a customer.
