Fantastic service, we have a bit of a miss communication and the desk I received was not as I expected. It has been sorted and I am very happy with this A1 level of service and putting it right. I wish more kiwi companies were this great to deal with.

I personally bought an overpriced refurbished Formway Life chair from them that its Seat Depth and Upright (the lock to lean back) functionalities were not working properly at the time of sale. Hadnt seen one before and trusted their staff who said this is the best out of the stock we got, I assumed Im buying a nice faultless refurbished chair for a fraction of its original price. Didnt realise that those are actually faults and not features of the chair for a few months after the purchase at which point I made contact with them and they refused to do anything about it. No refunds, repairs or even even a restocking fee for a percentage off the price. If youre buying anything from them (especially a chair) make sure youre aware how a new one operates. Inspect and try it at time of pickup to make sure it hasnt got any faults because you wont get much of a customer support once you set foot outside their warehouse.
