        Thank you for great customer service, I knew nothing about vaping before. I just walk in for window shopping and ended up buying the lost vape device and e liquid thank you guys for setting it up and explaining every little detail about device

        The owner of this store needs a reality check. Your a fully grown adult and you slam a customers refund on the counter like a toddler because you don't want to refund someone for a faulty product. Poor customer service. Learn that your a franchised business, so instead of trying to undermine customers by not honoring Vapo's refund policy. If you want to make your own rules up I'd suggest owning your own business not a franchised brand.
