        Horrible customer service at the Botany Store! Treated my mom very poorly. Wouldn't issue a refund for $8. Made her get a gift card. Will never buy from this store again! Hopefully the manager reads this review! You guys don't deserve our business anymore. I'll make sure I don't spend another dollar at your store!

        Leah is amazing! Great customer service, goes the extra mile for everyone and is a delight to be around. Such an asset to the team, retail assistants could learn a lot from her!
