For an 82yr old lady to leave her home of 32 years was a huge transition. We are extremely happy with Ellens efforts in selling my late Mothers property, it is the third time our family has used her services. Her attention to detail, communication skills in regularly updating us with buyer feedback and her willingness to travel across town to secure signatures etc. could not be better. Her presentation advice along with organising the home staging company produced interiors we could not imagine and which I believe helped in achieving the eventual excellent sale price. We believe that dealing with an individual salesperson giving one on one communication (not one employing an impartial team) and handling all aspects of the selling process is reassuring and gives the best results to the vendor.
