My landlord presented a copy of testing from this company. I believe my landlord has tampered with the results. I contacted AllClear and asked them to confirm if the document I had was original and correct. They never replied to me, instead informed my landlord I had been enquiring. This did not help matters between us at all. I think this system is absolutely flawed. A Copy of any report with this magnitude for damage to someones life should be provided to all parties directly from the company thus ensuring no one party has an opportunity to falsify records. The landlord in question has had 3 cases against me thrown out of tribunal so far and the fourth is waiting on the verdict as to the amount of damages that will be awarded to me. I should not of had to go through this. AllClear...., it certainly wasn't for me. And just so you know...., the tribunal stands by the Gluckman Report and any level under 15, yup 15 is considered to be safe so landlords will not be able to refurbish their rentals with this kind of claim anymore. The landlord is not being compensated for the work she believed she was required to do by law either, nor will her insurance cover it as the levels were too low. Companies like this and more importantly the companies that undertake the "decontamination" work are criminals of the worst sort. The industry should be ashamed

Landlord please be aware of this enterprise. During the healthy homes inspection if something is blocked of access, this enterprise will mark this as non compliance instead of no data incomplete. This enterprise required me to install a 9kw heat pump for my one bedroom apartment, this is insane! If you want to cook the planet, be their guests! I then turn to another accredited inspector who required a 5.2kw heat pump. This is way more reasonable. They only charge you $250 for a 12 page report so definitely not much profits in this area so a high degree of error may be present and you just dont know. When I have some more spare time I will research your accreditation body and certificate, if you are IANZ accredited then I shall write to IANZ.
