Lack of staff. Only 1 person at the counter.

Disappointed experience about my home loan application. Staff doesn't take customer requests seriously, tried to contact on multiple occasion but response was 'oh sorry we forgot to respond you'. When I first came to NZ I recommended ANZ bank to my friends and family. NO MORE recommendations.

Visited Greenlane branch this afternoon to open joint account with my wife & attended by Mukesh chand After submitted all the documents as per his request he came back after having discussions with someone (saying oh no you dont have surname on your passport) I am trying my best to help to open. He has no idea what he was talking and doing (was not trained for sure) My point is to cover this review is he needs to be sure to check all the documents first before he tells us that we can open or not. Rather than wasting our 1 hour. We literally walked out my wife is ANZ bank customer and she works from home (small homes based business) doesnt take payment in to account from her customers and what he reacted (oh you know so much fraud having in India so ) I mean what does it link with our bank account . Is it because we are Indian couple.. So pathetic service with half information of knowledge giving customer
