Pipe Fix Plumbing

We needed an extra downpipe installed as our roof used to overflow and flood the house in heavy rain. Tom came over within a day of contact to quote, price was reasonable and they got the job done within a few days. Just as well - then came the major storm events in Jan 2023! I called Pipefix for help with a clients issue where we had to remove their hot water cylinder to do a repair to the wall behind, this was going to take a week. Toms guys installed a temporary hot water cylinder out side and connected it to the property, so the elderly client could continue to live in the unit. While they were there they were able to repair a leaky toilet in the next room. Thanks guys for making it so easy, for me and my client. Tom was excellent in his service. It was during the Christmas period and hence was very difficult to find anyone thats available. Tom spent time listening to the problem for my parents house (pipe leak) and decided to help once he understood the problem. When he came, he was able to resolve the problem very quickly and charged very reasonable price. I cant recommend him more with his professionalism in his job.
