Although Cynthia was helpful and accessible to begin with, the experience plummeted upon return of the test drive vehicle. What ensued was a bulldog sales approach and an extremely patronising " today only sale" pitch.
When asked if she could email me the specifications of the car, I was then looked at incredulously (as if I had just asked her to change a foreign currency or something ) and then basically was given an ultimatum to buy the car then and there.
I decided against working with their team, which I respectively declined but made very clear when I walked out the door. The next day I received a phone call (not an email as requested) and again the bulldog tactics started.
I then firmly, but fairly explained to her that I was not happy with her approach and that it wouldn't work on me and that she had failed to send an email as I had asked her to do.
I was then hung up on, because as it would appear, this is a person who does not like being told how to behave.
I have since placed a deposit on a higher spec vehicle with Southern Motors.
