I was up against ACC and was at the end of the road when Hamish took on my case with the help of Southern Cross. Have had mixed experiences with Phil Schmidt. Was disappointed with their cost estimate being double the for a simple review hearing. Didn't felt listened to on that occasion. However, helped in an employment matter with a solid outcome.
