Recently, I have refinance my mortgage , and after talking to about five mortgage brokers, who have informed me that I will not qualify to refinance with the main bank as I was with the third party lending as I am self employed. And then I thought to get in touch with Joseph katta and he was just outstanding. Other finance people did not even do the application or got me an answer from the bank and gave me an answer as decline. Hence Joseph went extra miles and did the application and manage to get it approved and now I have refinance, and I am with main bank, saving a lot of money on the interest-rate at this difficult time. Raghuvansh Kaushal from find master helped us with our mortgage . Our house took really Long to built but he never gave up and always helped us with mortgage. Even we do not live in Auckland , everything was sorted and taken care over the phone. Even when he was overseas on holidays he helped us to renew the mortgage .
