        As a tiler I dont have much knowledge of measuring moisture content. The people at Accurate helped me find a suitable professional device and showed me how to use it effectively when I had asked them to. Very happy with the overall experience I have had with them.

      • Bay Allday

        29 July - ordered product online. Ship to Auckland address 04 Aug (day 6) - called for update as not heard anything 05 Aug (day 7) received email product was shipped 08 Aug (day 10) received product. DOA 09 Aug (day 11 ) advised Accurate that product was DOA. Copied into email requesting replacement to be sent out 17 Aug (day 19) emailed for update as hadn't heard anything. Received reply saying product had been shipped on the 16th 18 Aug (day 20) recieved product not the best experience. I understand things take time but don't feel it should be customer chasing for updates
