We had an awesome advisor/mortgage broker, his name was Jay. He was beyond amazing, was always honest with us and always keeping us update with anything we needed. He was always there for support for us through the process of everything and any questions we had, Jay was always there to help with anything. Jay made everything seem like it was the easiest process in getting a home loan. Would highly highly highly recommend Jay to anyone out there!! Hes the best Ive come across

Extremely poor communication, and lost around 30% of my total deposit due to bad financial advice, lack of action and hidden fees (borrowing against mortgage to invest, told to borrow money from family to invest therefore creating more debt). Very unprofessional with either no reply or giving incorrect advice or not answering our questions. Was also given information about other clients portfolios and personal situations which is a huge breach in confidentiality. Dont waste your time with these corrupt financial advisors.
